HISTORY
Established in 2024, MVI was founded based on the training re- quirement of Ushin-G co., Ltd. We know very well of what a ship owner or Manager needs from a crew beyond their STCW certifi- cates. MVI delivers vocational training focused on Language skills
(English and Chinese), update technical knowledges and soft skills like teamwork and discipline. We do Mental Health training as one
of the core trainings of our center to help create a healthy enjoy- able working environment onboard a ship. MVI is committed to
producing reliable, well-trained seafarers who meet international
standards. Since its founding, the centre has become a trusted pathway for young Myanmar talent aiming to serve in the global
shipping industry.
