Duration : 5 Months
The General Educational Development (GED) test covers four main subjects

Reasoning Through Language Arts (RLA)

Mathematical Reasoning

Science

Social Studies
The GED test consists of four subjects: Reasoning Through Language Arts, Mathematical Reasoning, Science, and Social Studies. Each subject is scored on a scale ranging from 100 to 200 points. To pass a subject, a minimum score of 145 is required. Scores are categorized into four performance levels. A score between 100 and 144 falls below the passing standard, meaning the test-taker needs to retake that subject...
A score of 145 to 164 is considered passing and demonstrates skills equivalent to those of a high school graduate. Scores between 165 and 174 indicate that the test-taker is college-ready and may not need placement tests when entering college. Those who score between 175 and 200 are not only college-ready but may also earn up to 10 college credit hours, depending on the institution.
The highest possible total score for all four subjects combined is 800 points, with a minimum of 580 points required to pass the GED overall. Even if one subject is failed initially, it can be retaken until the passing score is achieved. Test-takers typically have two retake opportunities without long waiting periods, but after the third attempt, some states may require a 60-day waiting period before another try.
Our GED program adopts a student-centered teaching style that emphasizes subject expertise and personalized learning support. Each core GED subject; Reasoning Through Language Arts, Mathematical Reasoning, Science, and Social Studies is taught by a specialized teacher with strong academic knowledge and practical teaching experience in that specific field. To ensure comprehensive coverage, Science is divided into three main areas: Life Science, Physical Science, and Earth and Space Science, allowing students to explore a wide range of scientific concepts in depth...
Similarly, Social Studies is divided into four key areas: Civics and Government, U.S. History, Economics, and Geography and the World giving students a broad understanding of how societies function and evolve. Lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging, combining lectures, discussions, practice exercises, and real-life applications so students can connect theory to practical situations.
Teachers provide targeted feedback, address individual learning needs, and equip students with test-taking strategies to build confidence and ensure success on the GED exam. By assigning one specialized teacher per subject, we create a focused learning environment where students can develop both academic skills and critical thinking abilities essential for their future studies and careers.
